RiverTown Partners (TBD): This "personal" VR & RL project developed in my virtual world looks at the creative development of 300+ acres as a planned Entertainment/Educational/ Film &Technology Industrial, destination Resort with housing & aqua culture components. Creative & concept development by: Michael McHugh. Easily 1,000 living wage jobs would be created on this beautiful coastal 300-plus acres. This a preliminary concept plan to show possibilities. It is not the final design. It is a first pass at "WHAT IF". Some of the thoughts are inspired by other real-world projects with similar footprints and demographic pluses.

This is a concept I created and am exploring in my virtual studio for a visitor's center for the Willamette Falls, long held sacred to the local Native American Tribes of the region. It would be a 150-foot dome with a 360-degree total immersion experience utilizing an existing concrete foundation. We are exploring a multimedia solution idea that would blend projection, LED, and AR/MR, which would enhance the immersive & storytelling experience.
