This is a sample of some of my real-time projects for both RL and VR. This is a cost-effective way to explore concepts and great fun working with your team as avatars in my worlds. Then the data is transposed to CAD or any other game engine based on the client's vision.

This playlist shows a concept to turn TIMES SQUARE into the biggest immersive interactive event space on the planet with an annual visitor count of 50 million visitors it seems like a "no-brainer".
And of course, there is a ton of cool stuff still under NDA that I cannot share.
These 5 videos (all different) show what was there and give an idea of my scope and depth. After 50 years you pick up a few things. And I most certainly "ain't dead yet!" Also, almost everything shown is built in a real-time environment so we can go walk around in most of the worlds and projects in the videos.
